Shipping and Returns Policy

Order processing times. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed before shipping. You'll receive an email confirmation with shipment details within this timeframe notifying you that your order is on the way.

Orders placed after 5pm ET (Eastern Time) will be processed the following business day. 

We only ship domestically to regions within the United States of America (U.S.A.) at this time.

VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore is available exclusively online and does not offer in-store pick-up or local delivery options. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS).

Shipping Charges and Estimated Delivery 

Delivery times and shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders generally ship within 2-5 days.

USPS Standard rate delivery time is generally within 3 to 4 business days. USPS Economy rate delivery time is generally within 5 to 8 business days. 

• Potential service interruptions. Please keep in mind that in the case of high order volumes, or any unusual or extreme emergency situations, orders may take longer to arrive due to factors outside of our control. 

Free shipping. Orders of $50 or more will automatically qualify to receive free shipping, calculated at checkout. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore may accept returns or issue refunds in the event that your order arrives damaged upon delivery, is potentially lost, canceled, or that is the result of an error made by us, such as receiving an incorrect order.

Returns must be requested within 2-3 days of receiving the order based on the scheduled date of delivery in exchange for a store credit or item exchange only. 

Please note, we are not required to accept any returns, exchanges, or grant refunds. VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore reserves the right to reject any refunds, returns, and exchanges that are not the result of an error or otherwise caused by us.
